It gives that smooth, perfect dough, which is just as good in the wood-fired oven as it is in the home oven. Which thrives just as well with meatballs and well-aged cheese as it does with Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella. On the package there are two recipes; a recipe that gives you pizza in 30 minutes, as well as one for 24 hours of fermentation. we have developed both recipes so that you can succeed with the absolute best and tastiest pizza at home. So regardless of whether you are a pizza rookie or a well-baked pro – enjoy an authentic Swedish pizza. One package is enough for 8 large pizzas.
