Almave Blanco is crafted in the heart of Jalisco as the world’s first non-alcoholic agave spirit made with true tequila craft. Created by master distiller Iván Saldaña, it begins with 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in brick ovens and traditionally milled before being distilled through a proprietary process that preserves authentic agave flavor without alcohol. The profile is fresh and vibrant, with bright agave aromas, fruity green vegetal notes, and a clean palate showing subtle minerality and gentle spice. Additive-free and designed for refined zero-proof cocktails, it is ideal for Margaritas, Palomas, and refreshing long drinks.
