Almave Ámbar is crafted in the heart of Jalisco as the world’s first non-alcoholic agave spirit made with true tequila craft. Created by master distiller Iván Saldaña, it begins with 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in brick ovens and traditionally milled before being distilled through a proprietary process that captures authentic agave character without alcohol. The profile is bright and expressive, with fresh agave aromas, fruity green vegetal notes, and a palate of clean agave, subtle minerality, and gentle spice. Additive-free and designed for sophisticated zero-proof cocktails, it offers a premium alternative for bars and restaurants.
