Las Californias Cítrico Gin celebrates the vibrant, sun-driven citrus character of the borderlands where Mexico and California meet. Distilled with endemic citrus and botanicals from Alta and Baja California, it combines Californian juniper with citrus leaves, peels, and aromatic native plants. The profile is bright and expressive, with fresh orange zest, candied peel, floral layers, and a crisp citrus backbone balanced by gentle bitterness and spice. Designed for premium cocktail programs, it shines in gin & tonics and citrus-forward serves.
