BioSalma® pure creatine monohydrate is used to increase physical performance during repeated strength efforts in connection with short-term and high-intensity training. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The product contains no additives or fillers.
Use: Mix 5g (approx. 2tsp) with water or other beverage, stir/shake and drink immediately. The powder dissolves better with lukewarm water. Recommended daily dosage for adults 5g per day. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. The package is sufficient for 100 daily doses. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
